Location:          Morne Daniel, quiet hillside suburb above Canefield, south west coast of Dominica.
Brief Description: 4 spacious modern fully furnished apartments offering a total of 7 double bedrooms, each with queen size double bed, at an elevated location enjoying excellent views of the Caribbean Sea. Well tended garden has lawn, shrubs and fruit trees. The top floor, accessed at street level, is the owner's residence. Two floors below contain the four apartments - 1 x 3 bedroomed, 1 x 2 bedroomed and 2 x 1 bedroomed. Rooms are of similar size and quality. Tiled floors throughout. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen. 2 bathrooms in 3 bed apartment and 1 bathroom per each remaining apartment are not en-suite. Each apartment has a modest size sea-facing balcony. Choice of 110V or 220V power outlets. Cable TV. WiFi internet. Insect screened opening windows. Laundry facilities. Parking for your vehicle rental. Only 5 minutes drive from Roseau. 10 minute drive to 3 dive centres. A recent upgrade has included the installation of air conditioners in all bedrooms. Electricity, however, will be paid for by guests by way of a pay as you go meter.
